Larry Russell is a former pastor who now serves as a pastor to pastors. He has served in a variety of career fields that have prepared him well to come alongside churches who have a desire to grow in excellence and integrity. His positions have included:

• Executive Pastor of a multi-cultural 10,000 member church for 11 years
• Taught for many years at the college level in business and accounting
• Served as Dean of Students and Dean of Education at the college level
• Private practice as a psychotherapist for 17 years – has done approximately 15,000 hours of therapy
• Taught leadership and church administration around the world in a variety of settings
• Consulted with churches and ministry leaders for many years
• Worked with Ministry Leaders one-on-one as a coach to help bring change in their lives.
• Developed, opened and served as the Principal of K-12 Christian School

His extensive educational training includes:

• Master’s Degree in Business Education, East Central Oklahoma University
• Master’s Degree in Guidance & Counseling, Marriage & Family from the University
