What We Offer
Shepherd’s Heart Ministry recognizes the pain and isolation that Ministry Leaders face often alone and without resources readily available. At Shepherd’s Heart, trained counselors with years of experience both as pastors and as therapists offer real solutions to real problem, spiritual answers without spiritual cliques and practical solutions rather than theoretical rhetoric.

Our Methods
We combine individual and conjoint Biblical therapy with reading, study, prayer, written and oral exercises and evaluations.

Restoration Process for Moral Failure
Whenever possible, we will attempt to restore a fallen leader to useful ministry in the Kingdom of God. This process includes working with the leader and his/her family as well as the congregation or spiritual family, boards and staff. In addition, future accountability will be established to prevent a reoccurrence.

The Setting
Counseling is done at one of our beautiful retreat centers located in Colorado and Canada in a quiet, introspective setting, where God can penetrate to the depths of a hurting leader’s heart and bring healing.
